Add Vignette Effect to an Image
Add an image by either using a URL or uploading from your computer. Click the button on the left to change the method used. The outer blur parameter changes how far outside the effect the blur travels. The inner blur changes how far into the image the blur occurs. The X and Y offsets alter the shape of the effect. Having a small X and a large Y value will make the shape elliptical.
